Congratulations on bagging your deer! 640 Meats is happy to offer deer processing and sausage-making services for hunters.

Bring your whole-skinned carcass or venison trimmings to 640 Meats and our trained staff will process your deer using the same high-quality equipment and seasonings we use for our normal products.

Here’s what you’ll get when you get your deer processed at 640 Meats:

When you drop your whole-skinned deer carcass off, we’ll inspect it for damage,
cut out any damaged meat, then trim it as you like.
​
We’ll wrap, box, and freeze the cuts you want, and set aside trimmings for
sausage. We use our normal meat cutters and our butcher-grade equipment,
so you’re guaranteed professional results.
